WHAT IS A NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT?
A nondisclosure agreement, or NDA, establishes the obligations regarding the exchange of proprietary or confidential business information between a U.S. Department of Energy lab and an industry entity. This allows them to progress toward a specific objective by developing business relationships to formulate a scope of work for joint projects.
