The GAIN NE Voucher approval process follows a regular timeline, starting from each quarterly due date: January 31, April 30, July 31, and October 31. If one of these dates falls on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), the due date is the following Monday.

GAIN accepts applications on a rolling basis and remains open to submissions at any time. Application review cycles, however, must follow the quarterly schedule and associated due dates.
