Lori Braase

GAIN Advisor

Lori Braase, an Idaho Falls native, is a business development executive for the Idaho National Laboratory (INL) and an advisor for GAIN. She works closely with the GAIN director, U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Nuclear Energy and national laboratories to streamline processes and communicate effectively with nuclear stakeholders.

As a GAIN liaison for the advanced nuclear industry, she identifies strategic and technical recommendations to enable private-public partnerships and foster long-term relationships.

Lori has 32 years of experience at INL providing various nuclear programs with systems engineering, project management, technical integration and strategic planning expertise.

She has been a 20-year member of both the Idaho section and national American Nuclear Society and has served on its board for over two years. She has a BBA in business management from Idaho State University and a graduate certificate in applied nuclear energy.

Lori lives with her husband, Ken, and her border collie, Alex. She loves to camp, kayak and golf in the summer and cross-country ski in the winter.
