ABSTRACT:

EnergyHQ LLC, located in Washington, D.C., was established in 2024 as an affiliate of CloudHQ. CloudHQ’s mission is to build state-of-the-art facilities with a curated, expert team to ensure clients have the required mission critical infrastructure needed to drive businesses forward, and to secure the United States’ position as the undoubted leader of the Global Arms Race. EnergyHQ was formed and is dedicated to developing innovative on-site generation solutions to power CloudHQ data centers.

There is a diverse array of Advanced Nuclear Reactor (ANR) technology providers piloting, developing, and marketing different reactors, but few commercial projects, and few sites, that the data center industry can engage with, invest in, and accelerate deployment for. EnergyHQ seeks to change that, by starting ANR siting decisions with data center siting criteria front of mind.

EnergyHQ will partner with Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). The project will use the Oak Ridge Siting Analysis for power Generation Expansion (OR-SAGE) tool to supplement EnergyHQ’s existing criteria for siting data centers. The result will be the identification of multiple sites, which are technology-agnostic, that could support site selection strategies for data centers. EnergyHQ can then work to develop those sites for nuclear and data center development.
